Outstanding service and "integrity" is not just the name of the business. Another mechanic told my wife that she needed a very expensive air-conditioner compressor replacement, and it turned out not to be true. Josh took great care of us for a very reasonable price, when he could've charged considerably more. We own a furniture store in McKinney and will be certain to refer our clients to your company. Went in today to have my ball bearing replaced. Not only did they price the labor lower than any other place the service was exceptional. Office staff to management was very friendly and treated us like family. I highly recommend this place to anyone who needs work done on their car.

This is the only shop I use, and the only shop I recommend. I've used them for several years on a variety of different vehicles. Josh is a great guy, and there is never a problem with the work. Josh will also give you an honest opinion on a vehicle as it becomes less reliable. I like a guy that is honest enough to say, "Yes we can fix it, here's what it will cost, here is what else is likely to go wrong with this vehicle later." Sometimes, replacing a vehicle is more cost effective and it is nice to have a shop that will help you in that decision making process.

When I first moved to McKinney, I went to a different mechanic. After I asked around, I found most people continued to refer to integrity automotive. In November of 2011, I went to see what they had to offer. I was surprised at the level of honesty that was displayed by the staff.
